Here are a few of the commonly asked questions from our customers. If you’re new to using an outdoor pest control service, we’re sure you have a lot of questions to ask.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes, we are certified with the Department of Agriculture in Massachusetts and have attended the pesticide training provided by Umass/Amherst. We carry full liability insurance.
How long after spraying can I go outside?
or mosquito spraying you can go out shortly after the application is done. For tick spraying you can go out when it dries, which is usually about 15 minutes depending on how warm and windy it is.
Will I be notified before you arrived?
A text message reminder will be sent prior to your service date.
Do you offer a pre-pay discount?
We offer a 10% discount for pre-payment of a full season.
What product do you use for spraying?
We use the safest insecticides approved for use by the Environmental Protection Agency. Our state license applicators use our products according to label directions which presents no significant health risk. All material information is available upon request.
How often do you spray?
For ticks and mosquitos, we start in early April through early/mid November every three weeks. This three week cycle is critical to offer the best complete protection from these pests.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Venmo, cash, and check or you can pay easily on the website.
Am I required to sign a contract?
No contracts. Stay with us if your happy with our service.
